SHABU VARUGHESE

Shabu Varghese is principal designer at Wood & Metal. With an experience spanning 26 years in the interiors industry, handling all kinds of wood décor and furniture projects, his artistic brilliance and attention to detail is very well known. As the head designer and artist at Wood & Metal, he sources raw materials for projects, oversees design, furniture and product quality and execution and manages a team of 300 skilled artisans/carpenters, who themselves have expertise in a wide variety of wood carving techniques. He has worked on approximately 2000 projects till date. Shabu loves stretching the boundaries of design, learning new techniques and executing new ideas.
